Eagle Delivery Service is a 40 year-old Houston based hot shot company that has evolved into a fully credentialed domestic motor carrier. Boxes to boats, we are permitted to move up to 80,000 lbs for you. We are fully compliant will all US DOT requirements we have demonstrated financial responsibility and we can track all of our units in real time. Whether it be a local hot shot, a regional delivery or a national haul we can do it for you. We have bonded and insured pickup trucks, gooseneck trailers, stake bed and deck trucks. Our newly acquired fleet of 18-wheelers is small but growing. We have 48-foot floats and step-deck trailers to move your equipment. We watch it like an Eagle in real time 24/7.
Meet Our Team
William H. Sias
Bill Sias acquired the assets of Eagle Delivery Service in November of 2014 from the founder, who chose to retire. Bill brings extensive knowledge of the energy business, markets, and finance to help Eagle build its growing fleet. Bill is from Westport, Connecticut, and he began his career as a roustabout working offshore. After a stint in drilling, Bill earned degrees in Geology and Economics and he began work in well completion with the Western Company of North America where he learned about hydraulic fracturing. In 1984 Bill received a scholarship to Rice University's Jones School of management where he earned a Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting. Upon graduation Bill took a job in fixed income sales and trading, where he spent almost thirty years trading bonds and developing proprietary hedging techniques for risk management. Bill and his wife Julie have three children, and they live in Houston, Texas.

Oscar comes to Eagle Delivery Service with an extensive background in safety, industrial hygiene, and motor carrier operations. Oscar is in charge of all operations, including hiring, safety, and DOT compliance. Oscar hails from San Juan, Texas where he grew up in a trucking family. Oscar has worked in Environmental Remediation where he managed a cleanup site during the Macondo Oil Spill. He has worked in subsea fabrication and he is currently enrolled as a student at Texas A&M, where he is pursuing his Master's degree in occupational health and safety. Oscar and his wife Allie have two children and they live in Baytown.
Angel is a native of Katy, Texas who comes to us with experience managing warehouses. He possesses a thorough knowledge of all aspects of inventory control and the accompanying logistical challenges for exporting, moving, and tracking freight. In addition, Angel holds a CDL and has extensive experience operating heavy equipment. Angel is bilingual in English and Spanish and in his off time he enjoys working on cars.

Melissa is a Texas native that grew up in Houston. Melissa has always found herself in an office environment. She has more than ten years of experience, and loves what she does. When Melissa is not at work, she's out enjoyig time with her two daughters. She loves sports and the best part of it is the barbeque and family time.
